Return and Refund Policy

At Verdora, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.



Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • It must be unused and uninstalled.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after the return window will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.



Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Clearance stock

  • Orders placed using discount codes

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect installation

Customized products are specially made according to customer requirements and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.



Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • The original product must first be returned and approved.

  • A new order must be placed separately.

  • 35% of the original invoice amount will be charged as exchange/processing cost.



Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval status.

If approved:

  • 30% of the original amount will be deducted as handling and processing charges.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–12 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
